✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective

🔁 How to Start a Return

    • Your name and order number

    • The item you wish to return

    • Reason for the return (optional)

  2. Wait for our team to send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

  • Products marked Final Sale
